Charles Uel Starkey

Charles Uel Starkey "Bud" age 78 of Knoxville, was born January 7, 1947 and passed away suddenly Friday, July 11, 2025 at Holiday Echo Ridge Senior Living in Knoxville, TN.  Retired SGM with the United States Army.  He was a 32 degree Mason, Scottish Rite Bodies, American Legion, Viet Nam Veterans Association and member of the United Methodist Church all in Cumberland, Maryland.  Big supporter of NASCAR, the Republican Party and a believer in MAGA.  His is now with his beloved late wife Jeanne Starkey, his father Charles Starkey and his mother Arlie Richards Starkey.  He served his country, and stayed true to his faith and a firm believer in his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  All services will be held in Cumberland, Maryland at the Veterans Cemetery.  Condolences may be left at www.mynattfh.com.
