Charles “Charlie” Wong Riggs, age 91 of Knoxville, TN passed away Monday, December 18, 2023. Air Force Veteran. Employed at Plastilines and retired after thirty years. He was preceded in death by beloved parents, 7 brothers, and 3 sisters. He is survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Family and friends may come at their convenience from 10:00am-5:00pm, Wednesday, December 27, 2023, at Mynatt Funeral Home, Powell Chapel. Family and friends will meet 12:15pm, Thursday, December 28, 2023, at East TN Veterans Cemetery, John Sevier Hwy, for a 12:30pm committal service with full honors completed by East TN Veterans Honor Guard.
