Charles "Chuck" Kevin Byrd

Charles Kevin “Chuck” Byrd, age 53, of Powell, TN passed away suddenly and without warning the afternoon of Monday, August 12, 2024. Chuck was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church and worked for many years at Shannondale Health Care as a CNA. He was preceded in death by his father, Jack B. Byrd; grandparents, Roy and Betty Byrd and John and Etta Thompson, as well as several beloved aunts and uncles. Chuck is survived by his mother, Betty L. Byrd; sister and brother-in-law, Chaunta and Tommy Chandler; nephew, Chancey Underwood; nieces, Bethany Underwood, Brittany Chandler, Ember Chandler, Wynnie Chandler and several other beloved great nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Friday, August 16, 2024 at Mynatt Funeral Home, Halls Chapel with a celebration of life service to follow at 7:00 PM.
