Carson "Chuck" Robert Gentry

Carson “Chuck” Robert Gentry, born in Johnson City, TN on November 2, 1950, went to be with his Lord and Savior on April 15, 2023. He was a member of Beaver Dam Baptist Church for over 20 years, where he sang in the choir and taught a Sunday school class at one time. Chuck was a Marine Corp. veteran. He will be remembered as a feisty man with a great sense of humor, who was a good businessman and had a love for cattle farming. Preceded in death by mother Betty Jean Gentry, father Charles Curtis Gentry, and sister Frenda Gentry. Survived by loving daughter Catherine Renee O’Baugh and husband Christopher, grandchildren Lucas, Britten, and Scarlet, sister Latonia Hughes, several nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends 5:00-7:00pm Friday, April 21, 2023, at Beaver Dam Baptist Church with service to follow, Dr. Alan Price officiating.
