Carolyn Faye Fortner

Carolyn Fortner, age 85, of Knoxville, passed away Friday, June 27, 2025. She was preceded in death by her husband of over 50 years, Glenn Fortner; mother, Lura Paul; in-laws, Johnnie Mae and Dave Fortner. She is survived by daughters, Donna Kay Moore and Amy Lucille Fortner; son-in-law, Blake Moore; grandchildren, Lisa Whitsell (Chris) and Kevin Moore; great-grandson, Bryce Whitsell; and sister Lillie Brewer. The family will receive friends Sunday, June 29, 2025 from 5:00-7:00pm with a 7:00pm funeral service to follow at Mynatt Funeral Home, Fountain City Chapel.
