She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Carey, her parents Martin and Revea Griff, her brother William Griff, and sister Arlene Griff.
Carol is survived by her children Julie, Mark, Michael, and Jennifer; 15 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, two grand-dogs (Brady and Ducky), her beloved brother Marty Griff and sisters Joan Fetzko and Mary Lynch. She is also survived by several of her brother in-laws, sister in-laws, nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank and express their gratitude for the wonderful staff at Islands Home Park Health and Rehab facilities and The Pointe at Life Springs who helped care for and support Carol.
In lieu of flowers contributions to the Parkinson’s Foundation or the Dementia Society of America would be appreciated.
