Candy Lee Howell Gentry, age 66 of Knoxville, TN passed away Saturday, February 7, 2026 at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville, TN. She was a member of Grace Baptist Church in Karns.
She was preceded in death by her father, Bobby Joe Howell and her mother, Jo Ann Howell Learn.
Candy is survived by her son, Jason Stallings; brothers, David Scott (Charlene) Howell, Tony Gene (Jill) Howell; stepbrothers, John (Betty) Learn, Steve (Christie) Learn; stepsister, Patty Learn (Larry) Shelton; several nieces, nephews, great nieces as well as her loving furry companion, Clyde. Special friends, Jeannette Fox, Mary Ann Keck, Linda Hodge, Sharon Spivey, Jodi Murphy, Daneen Stallings and her Sunday School friends from Grace Baptist Church.
The family will receive friends Sunday, February 22, 2026 from 3:00pm - 4:00pm at Mynatt Funeral Home Powell Chapel with a celebration of life service to follow at 4:00pm. Scott Howell officiating.
