Caleb Chance Bales

Caleb was a loving son, brother, uncle, coach, mentor, and friend to so many. He
impacted everyone that he met and was the bright light of every room he walked into.
He was loving, humble, generous, witty, adventurous, and always thinking of others.
Caleb was so impactful to everyone he met, once you met him you were no longer a
stranger to him. Caleb gave the best of himself to his family and community. He was a
beloved manager at TVA FCU where he cared for his employees and customers alike.
He was a devoted football coach for almost ten years where he focused on loving and
leading young men on and off the field. He also served with the Special Olympics
Organization for well over a decade where he mentored young people with disabilities.
His selfless participation in these areas where he dedicated so much time is the
overwhelming fruit of his relationship with Christ. We find peace knowing he is in
Heaven, probably already singing.
Caleb leaves behind his loving family, his parents Greg and Linda Bales, his siblings,
Brad (Emily) Bales, Kendal (Silas) Joiner, Courtney Beeler. His Aunt Donna (Warren)
Beeler. His most treasured nephews, Landon, River, Lucas, Ridge, Layton, and Rowdy.
His grandmother Deloris Bales. Aunts and Uncles, Robin Carden, Jason (Laura) Bales,
Dennis (Vickie) Webster, Gary (Brenda) Webster. Cousins, Garrett, Charlie, John, Jason
(Sandy), Jennifer, Kelly, Ali, Luke, and Bella. His best friends Justin Ownby, Austin
Calfee, Matt Wheeler, Nick Beeler, Richie Overholser, and Zack Beeler. Lastly, his best
bud and dog Waylon.
The family will receive friends from 3:00-5:00 p.m. Sunday, April 14, 2024 at Clear Springs Baptist Church 7350 Tazewell Pike Corryton, Tn 37721 followed by a 5:00 p.m. Celebration of Life Service, Rev. Brad Bales and Rev. Nick Wright officiating.
