Brian Steven Self

Brian Steven Self, age 52, went to be with his heavenly father on June 30, 2026.

Known affectionately as "Beeps", he was a beloved father and grandfather who enjoyed hiking and loved being in and around the water. 

He will be greatly missed by all who knew him, including his wife, Lynn; father, Steve Shelton (Darlene); children, Emily Tarver (Ryan) and Allison Huff (Tanner); sister, Kelly Self (Justin Turner); grandchildren, Kason Tarver, Grayson Tarver, and Mason Sewell; in-laws, JoAnne Danielson, Paul Johnson, Ron Loveday, David Loveday, and Charlie Denison; best friend, Tanner Hiles; along with several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Sherry and Gary Self.

The family will hold a Celebration of Life at a later date.
