Bobby Lee Hill

Bobby Lee Hill, age 83 of Knoxville, passed away Thursday, April 21, 2022. Retired from the Knox County Sheriff Office, after 25 years of service, and was the owner of SAV-A-STOP. Member of Olivet Baptist Church. U.S. Navy Veteran. Preceded in death by parents, Mack and Neoma Hill, brothers; Leonard “Bud”, Billy Ray Sr. and Johnny Hill; sister, Jewel Norton, and step-son, Steve Richard Qualls. Survived by loving wife of 32 years, Linda Lawson Hill; step-son, Tracey Qualls; daughter, Amy Wilson; 6 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; brother, David Hill; sister, Carolyn Craft; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends 5:00-7:00pm Tuesday, May 3, 2022 at Mynatt Funeral Home, Fountain City Chapel, with a 7:00pm funeral service, officiated by Rev. Sam Ensor. Family and friends will meet 1:45pm Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at East Tennessee Veterans Cemetery (John Sevier) for a 2:00pm committal service with full military honors provided by the East TN Veteran Honor Guard.
