Billy Lee Spickard, age 64, of Knoxville, TN, passed away on Monday, February 26, 2024. He was born on September 29, 1959, in Knoxville, TN.
He is survived by his loving wife, Debbie Spickard, children Crystal Walker, James Spickard, Shannon Ralph-Niemi, and sibling Tim Spickard.
Billy was preceded in death by his father, Jack G. Spickard, and mother, Juintian Spickard.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, March 1, 2024 at 6:00PM at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel in Knoxville, TN. Online condolences may be left at www.mynattfh.com.
