Billy Christopher Norris, age 81, of Halls passed away on Wednesday, September 2, 2020 at home. Preceded in death by his parents, Lester and Louise Vann Norris; wife, Pamela Norris. Bill is survived by his sons, Robert (Pam) Norris and Billy Ray Norris; sisters Janice Tipton and Joy Nelson; several nieces and nephews.
