Betty Sue Workman

Betty Sue Workman, 77, of Knoxville, passed away on September 21, 2026. She loved flowers and tending to her flower beds, cooking, and taking care of others. She was a mother to everyone, having fostered 46 children in her lifetime. Betty had a true servant's heart; a naturally giving person. She will be deeply missed.

Left to cherish her memories are her loving children, Letitia "Sissy" Workman, Tim Workman (Darlene), and Crystal Workman; sister, Carolyn Jones; brother, Eddie Warwick; grandchildren, Courtney Guy and Dakota Austin Workman (Catie); great-grandchildren, Paisley and Tucker; as well as a host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Workman; parents, Edgar Lee and Helen Mae Warwick; and three siblings: Shirley Bayless, Walter Warwick, and Paul Warwick.

Friends may call at their convenience from 10am-5pm on Friday, September 25, 2026. A graveside service will be held at 11am on Saturday, September 26, 2026 at Ft Sumter Cemetery.
