Betty Ann Williams

Betty Ann Williams, age 80, of Powell, TN passed away Friday, October 4, 2024 at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center.  Betty was a member of Brickyard Baptist Church.  She was a God fearing woman.  She believed in the Lord and lived her life by following in the Lord's footsteps.

Betty was preceded in death by her son, Ronald D. Elliott; grandson, Gary Miller; great grandson, J.J. Huggins; father, Willis T. Williams; mother, Mary F. Nicely; brothers, Willis E. Williams, Claud R. Williams, and Billy R. Williams; and special friend, Lynn Blair.

Survived by her son, Carl R. (Candy) Elliott, Jr; daughters, Rebecca A. (Jeff) Elliott and Debbie Elliott; sister, Rosemary Williams; brother, David L. (Martha) Williams; 10 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 1:00pm, Thursday, October 10, 2024 at Brickyard Baptist Church, 8248 Brickyard Road, Powell, TN 37849 with Rev. Carl R. Elliott, Jr officiating.  Interment will follow at Bells Campground Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Michael, George, Ethan, Moe, Brian and Brendan.  The family will receive friends Thursday, October 10, 2024 from 11:00am-1:00pm at Brickyard Baptist Church.
