Betty Faye Rader

Betty Faye Norman Rader loving and loved wife graduated from life to be with Jesus on July 10, 2026 just 3 days short of her 65 th birthday after a long illness and a short bout with cancer. Faye was a homemaker and died at The Health Center at Research Park nursing facility. She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church.  She was proceeded in death by her father Cleo Norman and her mother Lucinda Norman as well as her aunt and many dogs.  Faye is survived by her husband of 38 years Mark Steven Rader and daughter April Bethany Rader and one loving chihuahua.

The last few months were hard on us all. While able to control the pain, they were unable to control the nausea and vomiting. Throughout it all she composed herself with grace and came to be the favorite of many of the nurses.  The family will receive friends Wednesday July 29 th from 5-7pm at Mynatt Funeral Home 2829 Rennoc Road, Knoxville, TN 37918 with service to follow, Rev. Robert Bell officiating.  Family and friends will meet 10:45 a.m. on Thursday, July 30, 2026 at Sherwood Memorial Gardens where she will be interred beside her parents at 11:00 a.m.  Condolences may be expressed at www.mynattfh.com.
