Betty Jean White

Betty Jean White, age 93, of Powell, TN, passed away peacefully Saturday, February 11, 2023. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Hobert Ross White. She was a member of The Church at Sterchi Hills. Betty is survived by her sons and daughter in law, Donald White and Ronald (Valerie) White; grandchildren, Josh (Minda) White, Belinda (Jason) Axsom, Nic (Lacey) White, Blake White, Ross White, Anthony Anderson; ten great grandchildren; sister, Peggy Jones; special friends, Mary Ann Jones and Kay Hayes. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Thursday, February 16, 2023 at Mynatt Funeral Home, Halls Chapel with funeral service to follow at 7:00 PM. Reverend Joel Dew officiating. Family and friends will meet 11:00 AM Friday, February 17, 2023 at Fort Sumter Community Cemetery for a graveside service.
