Kay Vincent

Kay Vincent, age 50 of Knoxville, passed away on July 14, 2025. She enjoyed going to church whenever she could and spending time with her family. Kay will be remembered as a loving grandmother to her 3 grandbabies. Preceded in death by father Larry Noe and step-father Bill Ridner. Survived by son Brandon Duncan (Jason Lowe), daughter Emily Bell (Nick), grandchildren Brooklyn, Brennan, and Baylee Bell, mother Linda Ridner, siblings Patty Gosnell, Renae Haddou, Christy Ketron, and David Glover, fiancé Mark Gaddis, several nieces and nephews.
