Bedford Franklin Headrick

Bedford “B.F.” Franklin Headrick, age 89 of Corryton, passed away on January 20, 2023. He was a long-time farmer and carpenter. Member of Warwicks Chapel Baptist Church. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, where he served from 1955-1961. He is preceded in death by his parents, Pierce and Bonnie Headrick, sister Evelyn Price, brother Wayne Headrick, and his parents-in-law, Ross and Martha Capps. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Patsy Headrick; son, Jeff (Cindy) Headrick; daughter, Sherry (Jeff) Sanders; grandchildren, Brian Cunningham, DJ Cunningham, Jake (Sarah) Sanders, Molly Sanders, and Tiffany Headrick; great-grandchildren, Ann Bailey, Mary Kay Cunningham, and Skylar, Calley, and Liam Sanders; great-great-grandson, Carson Bailey; sister, Avery Barker; sisters-in-law, Helen (Elbert) Kitts, Wilma (Jerry) Haney, Linda (Ray) Headrick, and Judy Brantley; as well as a host of nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel on Monday, January 23 from 5:00pm-7:00pm, with a funeral service to follow, officiated by Rev. Ray Headrick and Rev. Stewart Skeen. Friends and family will then meet at the East Tennessee Veterans on Monday, January 30, 2023 at 9:45am for a 10:00am interment service. Pallbearers will be Jeff Headrick, Jeff Sanders, Brian Cunningham, DJ Cunningham, Jake Sanders, Todd Headrick, Liam Sanders, and Carson Bailey.
