Barbara Jean (Williams) Watson

Barbara Jean (Williams) Watson, age 83, was a member of Westside Baptist Church. She was a beloved, precious mother, grandmother and sister who received her wings on October 25, 2024.

Barbara is preceded in death by her precious son, Fred Thomas; grandson, Cory Mills; mother, Delores Williams; siblings, Jim, Tom, Kenny, Faye, Shirley, Jerry and Bob.

Survived by her special fur baby, Scruffy T. Watson; children, Rose (Greg) Johnson, Teresa “Pete”(Bill) Keller, Christy (David) Moore; grandchildren, Eddie Glenn, April (Jason) Turner, Jeannie (Tony) Young, James (Leslie) Mills, David (Tammy) Thomas, Amanda( Brandon) Lewis, Taylor (Ravyn) Thomas, Cory Johnson, Kelsea Henderson, Nikki (Blake) Love; great grandchildren, Destiney, Alexis, Ezekiel, Brittany, Skylar, Cadence, Sean, Caitlyn, Carson, Emmalyn, Declan, Gavin, Hayden, Sutton, Gavin, Charleigh, Alayna, and Baby Love; great-great grandchildren, Elijah, Ashton, Brantley, Daniel, Granger; siblings, John (Peggy) Williams, Betty Willliams, Sue Williams, sister in law, Susie (Danny) Holbert and several nieces and nephews. 

The family will receive friends on Monday October 28, 2024, from 12:30 P.M. to 1:30 P.M. with a funeral service to follow at Mynatt Funeral Home, Halls Chapel. Burial will follow the funeral service at Loyston Cemetery with Reverend Jason Turner, officiating.
