Barbara Webb Allen age 75 of Knoxville went to be with the Lord on Monday, September 11, 2023. Preceded in death by Parents; Harry and Vickie Everett, and sister Patricia Rhea. Survivors; loving husband of 37 years, James Allen, Son Joseph Sprouse, 3 grand children and 3 great-grandchildren.
