Ausbin Lee (Pete) Lewis

Ausbin Lee (Pete) Lewis, age 88, was called home to be with the Lord on Sunday July 13, 2025. He was born August 10, 1936, in Powell, TN. Preceded in death by wives Mary Grace Lewis of almost 30 years, Jane Craig Lewis of 21 years, and parents Shine and Ruby Lewis. Pete is survived by daughters Leona Lewis and Jeanette Collins, sons Lee (Michelle) and Sam (Dee), grandchildren Gary, Annie (Scott) Collins-DeFee, Nate (Kelsey), Robert Miller, and Nathan, great-granddaughter Marley Lewis, and three stepchildren. He was a member of Mount Hermon UMC. The family will receive friends 5:00-7:00pm Tuesday, July 15, 2025, at Mynatt Funeral Home, Fountain City Chapel. Family and friends will meet 9:45am Wednesday, July 16, 2025, at Mount Hermon UMC for a 10:00am graveside service. Reverend Gregg Bostick will officiate.
