April Satterfield, age 42 of Knoxville, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, August 21, 2022. April loved life and had a huge heart. She was preceded in death by daughter, Ashlyn Reno. Survived by mother, Vickie Birchfield; children, Brooklyn Satterfield, Devlyn Satterfield, Makalyn Barnes, Leelyn Barnes, Kendllyn Carsile; brothers, Terry Birchfield, Bo Birchfield, and Greg Satterfield; uncle and aunt, Ricky Dugger and Becky Dugger; nieces, Victoria and Tearra; cousins, David, Aaron, Shawn, Shawn Jr., and Ricky. The family will receive friends on Sunday, August 28, 2022 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel. Family and friends and meet at New Gray Cemetery on Monday, August 29, 2022 at 10:45 am for an 11:00 am graveside service. Condolences may be left online at www.mynattfh.com.
