Andrew John Leonard Compton

Andrew J.L. Compton (Andy), age 38, of Friendsville, TN, passed away on June 10, 2025. Andy was a very loving soul and loved by so many, especially his mother, wife, and children.

He is preceded in death by his father, Junior Compton; grandmother, Betty Houser; grandfather, Leonard Sams; and infant son, Chance Compton.

He is survived by his spouse, Sabrina Compton; siblings Chad and wife Ashley Hinton; sons Jaidan Skeslock and Noah Allen; daughters Delylah Compton, Blakeleigh Compton, and Paisleigh King; and several beloved nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and friends.

Special acknowledgements to his mother Dena (James) Flatt and his grandmother Brenda Sams, a special friend and brother-in-law Dylan Baker and wife Sarah Ault, and son Austin Baker. All Compton and the Houser families, and mother-in-law and caretaker Kristi Carden.

Family will receive friends on Saturday, June 14, 2025, from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at Mynatt Funeral Home, Fountain City Chapel.

In lieu of flowers, donations are welcomed in his memory to Covenant Hospitals and Blount County Memorial Hospital.
