Amy Lynn Johnson Jones

Amy Johnson Jones, 53, passed away Thursday, June 9, 2016 at Tennova Residential Hospice in Halls. She was a member of Covenant Community Church. Amy was a kind and loving lady and enjoyed spending time with her grandson, Raleigh, and her two pugs, Buddy and Bear. Amy retired from Comcast where she worked as a Marketing Coordinator for 28 years. Amy was the youngest daughter of the late Raleigh and Wanda Johnson. Survived by son and daughter-in-law, Bradley E. and Megan Jones; son, Brett Michael Jones; brother, Bill Johnson; brother and sister-in-law, Tim and Beverly Johnson; sister and brother-in-law, Betsi and Cliff Bratrude; sister and fiancée, Bonnie Johnson and Joe D. Beals III; grandson, Raleigh T. Jones; boyfriend, Bobby Lunsford and several nieces and nephews. The family would like to express their sincerest gratitude to the staff of Tennova Residential Hospice. Family will receive friends 5:30 – 7:30pm Monday at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel with memorial service to follow, Rev. David Mason officiating.
