Amelia Claire Samarrippas, lovingly known as “Millie,” brought immeasurable joy to everyone who knew her during her beautiful life. She was preceded in death by her Papa Rick White and Papaw Donnie White.
She is survived by mom and dad, Brooke and Jeremiah, baby brother, Jase who she is very proud of; grandparents, Kristy White, Anita and John Kilpatrick III, great-grandparents, Judy and Marty LeMarr, Linda White, Sandra and Jesse Samarrippas, and Constance Heath; aunts and uncles, Lauren White (John Zimmerman), Alexis White, John Kilpatrick IV, Ja’ron Kilpatrick, Jaylen Kilpatrick, Jamier Gordon, and Mya Kilpatrick; cousins, Aspen White and John Kilpatrick V, as well as other extended family, basketball family, and friends.
Millie found happiness in everything around her. She loved to dance, color, and spend time outdoors—whether it was a trip to the park, a walk with her family, or riding her bike. She enjoyed doing makeup with her mom and cheering on her dada at his ball games. She adored her dog, Cane, and had a special love for shoes. Millie could light up any room with her beautiful smile, contagious laughter, and adventurous spirit. Her joy for life was evident in every moment, and she left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know her.
Though her time with us was far too short, Millie’s legacy of love continues. Through the gift of organ donation, she gave hope and a chance at life to four other families, reflecting the generosity and light she brought into this world every day.
The family will receive friends 5:00-8:00 p.m. Friday, June 26, 2026, at Mynatt Funeral Home, Powell Chapel 2000 Powell Drive Powell, TN 37849. Family and friends will meet at 11:15 a.m. Saturday, June 27, 2026 at Mynatt Funeral Home, Powell Chapel for an 11:30 a.m. funeral service, with burial to follow at Greenwood Cemetery. Pink was Millie’s favorite color and the family requests for everyone attending the visitation and service to wear pink in Millie’s honor. Condolences may be expressed at www.mynattfh.com.
Millie will be forever loved, deeply missed, and always remembered.
