Amber Lynn Lacey

Amber Lynn Emitt Lacey age 44 of Powell, passed away suddenly Tuesday, February 27, 2024.  She was of the Baptist Faith.  Amber was a graduate of Halls High School and the University of Tennessee with a bachelor's degree in Human Ecology.  Former employee of Knox County Juvenile Court.  Preceded in death by father; Donnie L Emitt; grandparents, Howard and Hattie Will Bee, and Harry and Mildred Emitt.  Survivors, husband of 15 years, Jerry Lacey; children, Hudson and Sawyer Lacey; parents, Janice Emitt and Edward Jones, step father; siblings, Denise Omary (Joe), Olivia Sturgill (Larry) and Amanda Kane (Adam); several nieces, nephews and numerous cousins.  There will be a Celebration of Life visitation on Monday, March 4, 2024 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Mynatt Funeral Home Powell Chapel.  Family and friends will meet 10:45 a.m. Tuesday, March 5, 2024 at Greenwood Cemetery for an 11:00 a.m. graveside service and interment, Pastor David Collins officiating.  In lieu of flowers, the family ask that memorials be made to National Embryo Donation Center 11126 Kingston Pike Knoxville, TN 37934.  Condolences may be left at www.mynattfh.com
