Alvin Anderson

Rev. Alvin Anderson, age 81 of Knoxville, TN went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, July 17, 2024 at his home surrounded by his family.

He is preceded in death by his parents, William Anderson and Stella Headrick Anderson; son, David Eugene Anderson; brothers, Paul, Earnest, James, Billy, Marvin, Mack, and Fred (Tommy); sisters, Margaret, Betty Jo, and Clara Jean.

Alvin is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Juanita; daughter, Sherry; sons, Jeff (Sonya), Lil’ Alvin, daughter, Kathy, and son, Michael; six grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and a great-great grandson, Waylon.

The family will receive friends at Mynatt Funeral Home, Fountain City Chapel, on Friday, July 19, 2024 from 12:00-2:00PM with a service to follow at 2:00PM.

A committal service will follow at Lynnhurst Cemetery at 3PM.
