Alma Louise (Trentham) Borden Richey

Alma Louise (Trentham) Borden Richey, age 86 of Knoxville, passed away April 11, 2026. She attended One Life Church. Alma enjoyed yard work, listening to Dolly Parton, putting up and looking at Christmas lights, going to the beach, and spending time with her family. She was known for cutting her family and friends hair over the years. Preceded in death by husband Kenneth Borden, son Kenny Dean Borden, parents John B. Trentham and Christine Gaylon Trentham. Survived by children Becky Borden, Edwina Waggoner, Regina Dunlap, Bobby Borden (Nancy), grandchildren Tyler Hayes, Wendy and Scotty Crigger, Brittany Waggoner, Kayla Bennett, Paige Reed, Hailey Sanderson, Justin Henegar, Greyson Borden, great-grandchildren Nick and Kennedy Hayes, Sophia Campbell, Harrison Bennett, Julian and Trystan Crigger, Finley Reed, Khyson Henegar and Brynlee Sanderson, siblings Lois and Darlene, special family friend Marty Berry, very special friend Juanice Tullos. Family will receive friends 11:00am-1:00pm Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at Mynatt Funeral Home, Fountain City Chapel. Family and friends will then go in procession immediately following the receiving of friends to Pollard Cemetery for a graveside service, Rev. Dale Berry officiating.
