Allie Lois Peavey

Allie Lois Peavey, age 85, of Knoxville, TN passed away on June 16, 2025. She is preceded in death by her 1st husband of 52 years, Phil Brown; sister, Edith Shankles, brother, L.C. Hargis; parents, Horace D. Hargis and Amelia Brim Hargis. She is survived by her current husband of 7 years, William F. Peavey; nephew, Charles Shankles and wife Charlotte Shankles, nephew, Danny Shankles and wife Terry Shankles, and nephew, Calvin Hargis and wife Lindsey McBride. She enjoyed working in her flower garden and collecting Hallmark Houses and was also a long-time employee of Millers Department Store and Clarins Cosmetics.
