Allen Ray Ryder

Allen Ray “Cat” Ryder, age 62, passed away September 8, 2013 at his home. Preceded in death by mother, Dorothy Lucille Ryder; father, Weldon Paul Ryder; brother, Rocky Ryder. Survived by son, Jason Ryder and wife Michelle of Maynardville; daughters, Kimberly Grissom of Knoxville, Lori Hensley and husband Ron of Knoxville; brother, Wade Biggs and wife Dorothy of Maynardville, Jim Ryder and wife Mary of Knoxville; grandchildren, Tyler, Erica, Jake, Ella, Morgan, Maggie, Peyton, and Parker. Funeral service 8:00 pm Wednesday at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel with Rev. Elbert Kitts officiating. Family and friends will meet 10:15 am Thursday at the funeral home and proceed to Kitts Cemetery for 11:00 am interment. Pallbearers: John Mynatt, Ronnie Jones, Jeff Welch, Mike Welch, Marty Stansberry, and Rodney Ryder. Family will receive friends 6:00 – 8:00 pm Wednesday at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel.
