"Al" Alan Lee Beeler

Alan “Al” Lee Beeler age 64 traveled through heavy storm named Cancer, his last load to heaven Wednesday, May 15, 2024. Alan was hardwired to be behind the wheel. His true passion began as a teen when he entered the world of motorcycle racing. He turned his love of commending a vehicle into a life of long career as a professional driver. He loved his work, family and friends. Alan was born at Baptist Hospital on January 11, 1960 to Mary Ruth and James Arlie Beeler. 

His is survived by the joy of his life, devoted fiancé, Tracy Lee Petree. Cherished son and daughter-in-law, Garrett and Candy Beeler, chosen daughters, Sierra Petree and Courtney Parton/Marcus; adored grandchildren, Aubrey, Colton Cash, Ace Beeler, Storm Petree, Daxton and Elly Parton; sister and brother-in-law, Linda and Joe Stidman, Brother, Buddy Beeler; niece and nephews, Amy, Tyler, Logan, Cory Beeler. Special friends and extended family, Roy and Charlotte Johnson, Gary and John McCarter, Jeff Dodgen, the Shinliver and Chapman family's, Bill Mays and the Mays family welcomed him as a brother. Bill was his best friend and confidant. Alan worked for Bill for 38 years. He will be deeply missed by Jack Chapman who was a very close friend and pastor. He has a special service dog, Cruz our Labradoodle.

The family will receive friends 6:00-8:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 22, 2024 at Mynatt Funeral Home, Fountain City Chapel followed by an 8:00 p.m. funeral service, Rev. Jack Chapman officiating. Family and friends will meet 1:45 p.m. Thursday, May 23, 2024 at New Gray Cemetery for a 2:00 p.m. graveside service.  Pallbearers; Bill Mays, Sr, Bill Mays, Jr., Billy Rock Mays, Brian Mays, Brad Wilhite and Dewayne Berry.
